cowgirls/cowboys will pass out bananas to the guests at the beginning of the event and then roam for photo ops. Not all hang together . mix and mingle

The statues will be on an elevated area posing and can also roam and take photos.
Ready / green room:
They will all share a greenroom on the first floor with a private restroom. Water will be provided.

TIMING: give yourself a lot of extra time to arrive.. there is a rangers game so there will be a lot of traffic
Figure at least 30 extra mins to find the parking and get the shuttle the Texas Live!
Need to be ready- dressed/make up done by 7:30pm
event is 8pm to 11pm.

PARKING:
Since this is a home Rangers game day, the staff will have to park in Lot F (top / center area of map). We will have shuttles bringing them back and forth and all. Attached is a map for reference.
